BANJARMASIN. Upgrading korwil dan mentor Anak Juara Banjarmasin dihadiri 19 orang yang dilaksanakan di gedung kementrian sosial Banjarmasin. (12/04). Acara diisi dengan materi seputar tentang RZ oleh Sugianur sebagai Branch Manager RZ. Materi ini diberikan mengingat banyaknya mentor baru yang bergabung di RZ Banjarmasin.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan materi dari Zainal Abidin, seorang guru yang kiprahnya sudah tidak diragukan lagi. Beliau aktif di kegiatan sosal, dan pernah mendapatkan penghargaan guru berprestasi karena mampu memajukan sekolah tempatnya mengajar. Selain di dunia pendidikan, beliau juga seorang seorang dai yang sering mengisi di beberapa majlis taklim.
“Tugas seorang guru bukanlah mengajarkan pelajarnya, melainkan mengajar anak-anak atau mengajar manusia,” ujar Zaenal Abidin ketika menyikapi fenomena yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan akhir-akhir ini.
“Seorang mentor tidak boleh serta merta menghukum adik-adik binaanya tanpa mengetahui latar belakang kenapa dia melakukan kesalahan. Seorang mentor hendaknya menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk adik-adik binaan dalam mengekspresikan diriny. Bukan malah membuat mereka semakin takut dan tertekan,” tambah Zainal Abidin dalam menyampaikan materinya.

BANJARMASIN. When we were in school our syllabus used to change almost every year. A good empowering productivity is absolutely supported by capable empowerment facilitator. Therefore, RZ held upgrading training for regional coordinators and mentors who live in Banjarmasin, Sunday (12/4).
There were 19 participants who joined this training. All participants were very enthusiastic listening to the material which was delivered by the speakers. In this opportunity, they learned about teaching human.
“The upgrading training was very exciting because we’re not only listening to the materials indoor but also simulated the theories outdoor,” a participant said. ***
