CIKARANG. Pesantren Tani (PESAT) dan kader Bank Sampah Sempu Cikarang binaan Rumah Zakat Bekasi mengadakan launching produk smoothie sawi rasa alpukat. Smoothie sawi merupakan varian minuman baru dari sayuran hidroponik yang tidak kalah rasanya dengan minuman kafe.
Smoothie adalah minuman berbahan baku buah-buahan, sayuran, sirup, gula pasir, susu tawar cair dan es batu, serta bahan-bahan lain. Selain penambahan susu sebagai ciri khas smoothie, yoghurt, cokelat dan susu kental manis juga seringkali ditambahkan ke dalam smoothie. Tekstur smoothie lebih pekat dibandingkan jus.
Saat pengenalan produk perdana, Sabtu (15/04) pagi yang bertempat di Green House Hidroponik Sempu, turut hadir Direktur Yayasan Mandiri Daya Insani (MDI) beserta Chief Program Officer Rumah Zakat yang mencoba langsung minuman hasil olahan dari Pesantren Tani Sempu tersebut.
“Rasanya enak dan tidak ada bau sayuran,” ungkap Noor Yahya Muhamad selaku Chief Program Officer Rumah Zakat. Selain itu juga turut hadir beberapa pejabat desa lainnya. Tak hanya itu, launching smoothie sawi rasa alpukat tersebut kedatangan stand up komedi Syamsuri SUCA 2 yang turut serta mencicipi minuman produk dari smoothie.
Dalam sambutanya, Lurah Janin selaku Kepala Desa Pasir Gombong, Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, juga turut memberikan apresiasi dan berjanji akan mensupport kagiatan PESAT kampung berseri Rumah Zakat, agar mampu berkembang dan lebih bermanfaat untuk masyarakat.

Mustard green Smoothie drinks is a new variant of hydroponic vegetables that do not compete with the taste of drinks cafes.
Smoothie is a drink made from fruits, vegetables, syrup, sugar, fresh milk and ice cubes, as well as other materials. Besides the addition of milk as a characteristic of smoothies, yogurt, chocolate and sweetened condensed milk are also often added to smoothies. Smoothie texture is more concentrated than the juice.
When the product introduced on the first time, Saturday (15/04) morning held at Sempu Hydroponic Green House, attended by Mandiri Daya Insani (MDI) Foundation Director and Rumah Zakat Chief Program Officer who tried the beverage produced from the Pesantren Tani Sempu.
“It feels good and there is no smell of vegetables,” said Noor Yahya Muhamad as Chief Program Officer of Rumah Zakat. The event also attended by several other village officials. Not only that, the stand-up comedian Syamsuri SUCA 2 also attended the event and tasted the new launched product.
In his speech, Janin as the Head Pasir Gombong Village, North Cikarang, Bekasi, also gave appreciation and promised to support PESAT kampong berseri Rumah Zakat, in order to grow and more beneficial to society.
