PROBOLINGGO. Senin (16/09) Pondok Baca Sang Juara binaan Rumah Zakat di Desa Berdaya Kedung Rejoso kedatangan tamu penting dari Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah (DISPERSIP) Kab. Probolinggo, Bapak. Hestiyono, Pustakawan sekaligus pejabat di Dispersip ini selain untuk mengetahui lebih dekat kondisi dan kegiatan yang sudah berjalan di Pondok Baca Sang Juara.
Kunjungan ini juga merupakan proses mengawal dan memastikan proses transformasi Pondok Baca Sang Juara menjadi Perpustakaan Desa Juara Kedung Rejoso yang akan menjadi binaan langsung Dispersip dan akan didanai penuh oleh pemerintah Desa Kedung Rejoso melalui dana desa tahun 2018.
Syarifuddin, Fasilitator Desa Berdaya Rumah Zakat sekaligus pengelola Pondok Baca selanjutnya mengantar pihak DISPERSIP ke kediaman Kades Kedung Rejoso, H. Abdurrahim,S.Pd. Di kediaman pak kades tercapai komitmen bersama antara pak kades. Pa kades akan mendukung penganggaran lewat dana desa, pihak DISPERSIP juga akan membantu dalam melatih manajemen pengelolaan dan Fasilitator Desa Berdaya bersama seluruh pengurus Pondok Baca akan berperan penuh dalam pengelolaan Perpusdes Kedung Rejoso.
Proses panjang transformasi Pondok Baca Sang Juara menjadi Perpusdes Juara ini bermula dari terkesannya pihak DISPERSIP akan ragam kegiatan yang sudah dijalankan oleh Pondok Baca Sang Juara. Dengan diundangnya Fasilitator Desa Berdaya Rumah Zakat selaku pengelola beserta seluruh pengurus Pondok Baca ke Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah. Dipertengahan bulan April kemaren. Pada saat itu ditawarkanlah program dari DISPERSIP berupa transformasi Perpustakaan Desa yang akan dibina oleh Dinas Perpustakaan Daerah dalam pengelolaannya.
Setelah informasi ini disampaikan ke Pak Kades Kedung Rejoso, beliau yang sejak awal Pondok Baca berdiri sudah sangat terkesan, sangat menyambut baik usulan program ini dan meminta Syarif untuk menyampaikan program ini dalam Musyawarah RKP (Rencana Kerja Pembangunan) Desa tahun 2018, Minggu (12/09).
