WONOGIRI. Relawan Inspirasi Desa Berdaya Ngancar, Nofrida AP berkunjung ke kediaman para lansia, Senin sore (28/08) untuk menyalurkan kornet Superqurban. “Niki kados sarden nika nggih mbak? Le masak pripun carane?” Marsih, salah satu lansia menanyakan tentang isi dalam kaleng Superqurban berikut cara memasaknya.
Maklum, warga desa mayoritas hanya mengetahui olahan sapi sebagai sayur dibumbu gulai. Baru kali ini daging sapi qurban dikemas dalam bentuk unik.
“Ditambah bumbu dan diiriskan cabai pastinya juga lezat ya,” tambah Murwanti.
Kemasan daging yang diawetkan memang multifungsi. Selain praktis, lebih manfaat untuk jangka panjang (tidak harus habis dalam satu kesempatan), juga bisa lebih tersebar luas kepada mereka yang lebih berhak. Meski terpisah oleh jarak.
