SERUNYA MEMBUAT KUE BOLU KUKUS "YUMMY"THE EXCITEMENT OF "YUMMY" STEAMED CAKE BAKING

RZ LDKO CilegonYOGYAKARTA. Sebagai Peningkatan Keterampilan dan Sarana kegiatan Refreshing di masa liburan semester ini pembinaan PM Beasiswa sabtu (26/12) ICD Desa Triwidadi, Kec. Pajangan, Kab. Bantul kita isi dengan kegiatan membuat kue Bolu kukus “yummy”.

Dalam kegiatan ini terlihat senyum ceria dan canda tawa para peserta PM beasiwa, ini membuktikan mereka sangat menikmati kegiatan ini, ini pula sebagai sarana kegiatan liburan yang mengasikkan bagi mereka.

Bahan bahan kue juga mereka persiapkan sejak pagi, beberapa anak belanja kepasar dengan daftar belanjaan yang diperlukan, dan anak-anak lainnya di rumah pembinaan menyiapkan alat-alat masak dan segala sesuatu untuk proses pembuatan kue tersebut. Dan dipilhnya kue Bolu kukus ini adalah inisiatif dari anak-anak sendiri yang dianggapnya dalam proses pembuatannya sangat simple namun rasa kue ini sangat mereka sukai untuk camilan sehat.

Tak lama kemudian anak-anak yang dari pasar telah kembali mulailah proses pembuatan kue ini. Mulai dari mengocok telur dan gula sampai merata kemudian ditambahkan pengembang dan mentega agar gurih hasilnya nanti, setelah telur, gula, mentega, dan pengembang kue tercampur rata kemudian mulai sedikit demi sedikit memasukan tepung sesuai dengan takaran. Lalu proses terakhir aduk sampai benar-benar rata dengan mixer dan adonan terlihat mengembang.

Selanjutnya, ambil sedikit adonan di taruh dalam piring untuk diberi pewarna makanan nantinya utk di tuangkan sedikit diatas kue supaya ada kombinasi warna dan semakin menarik dilihatnya. Masukan adonan kue yang tanpa warna ke dalam cetakan dan diatasnya tuangkan sedikit adonan warna, kemudian masukan kedalam kukusan yang dalamnya telah terisi air yg benar-benar mendidih. Tunggu sekitar 20 menit kue akan mngenbang bagai bunga dan matang, setelah ditiriskan beberapa saat kue Bolu Kukus Yummy siap dihidangkan.***

RZ LDKO CilegonYOGYAKARTA.As skills Improvement and medium for refreshing activity on this semester holiday, the Scholarships benifiarries development activity which was held on Saturday (26/12) at Triwidadi village ICD, Bantul district was filled with baking “yummy” steamed cake.

The event was full of cheerful smile and laughter from the scholarships participants, this proves that they really enjoyed this activity, it is also as a means of exciting holiday activities for them.

They prepared baking ingredients since morning, some children went shopping to the market with their shopping list, and the other children stayed at the event location preparing cooking utensils and everything for the cake-making process. The steamed cake was chosen from their initiative because they think that the making process is very simple, and they really like it the taste as well it is a healthy snack.
Soon the children from the market had arrived and they started to bake the cake immediately. Started from whisked the eggs and sugar until they mixed well then added baking soda and butter to result a tasty cake, after the egg, sugar, butter, baking soda mixed well and then began to add flour gradually according to dose. Then the final process stirs them until completely mixed using mixer and the dough looked inflated.

Next, take a little dough to be put in a plate and added food coloring so that we can have interesting color combinations and it’s good to see. Put dough cake without colors into a mold and pour a little colored dough on top of it, and then put it into the steamer that had been filled with boiling water. Wait about 20 minutes, the cake will inflate like flowers and cooked, after it drained Yummy Steamed cake is ready to serve. ***
