[:ID]SURABAYA. Jum’at (30/11). Keseruan siswa kelas 1 SD Juara Surabaya pecah saat mereka asik mencelupkan adonan pisang yang akan diselimuti oleh tepung panir. Mereka tampak antusias dan serius menjadi koki-koki cilik.
Siswa Juara menutup pekan terakhir di bulan November ini sekaligus refreshing setelah Penilaian Akhir Sekolah (PAS) dengan kegiatan fun cooking. Pisang pusing menjadi pilihan menu yang mudah, praktis, enak, namun antipusing. Pada musim hujan seperti ini, paling cocok kalau menikmati pisang goreng. Namun kali ini pisang goreng terlihat berbeda dengan sentuhan kekinian.
Agar anak-anak lebih semangat, para koki cilik membuat beberapa variasi dengan tambahan balutan tepung panir dan diberi aneka toping seperti coklat putih, susu kental manis dan ditaburi permen warna warni.
Tak lengkap rasanya, jika pisang pusing tak ditemani oleh minuman yang menggugah selera. Dilengkapi dengan segelas susu coklat agar-agar, para siswa semakin sehat dan bersemangat. Meskipun namanya pisang goreng pusing, setelah menyantap camilan ini anak-anak tidak pusing, tapi semakin menambah semangat mereka ke sekolah.
“Aku boleh nambah lagi bu gak bu? Abis enak siiih!” celetuk Nafisa, salah satu siswa.
“Dalam setiap kegiatan Fun Cooking, semua siswa harus mendapatkan pengalaman belajar memasak. Hal tersebut untuk melatih kemandirian mereka dan tidak canggung ketika harus menggunakan perlengkapan memasak.” ujar Yuswaningsih, wali kelas yang kala itu mendampingi kegiatan tersebut.

Pisang pusing are a menu choice that is easy, practical, and tasty. In the rainy season like this, it is best to enjoy fried bananas. But this time the fried banana looks different with a touch of contemporary.
In order for children to be more enthusiastic, the little chefs make a number of variations in addition to dressing with panir flour and given various topings such as white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and sprinkled with colorful candy.
