GARUT. Hari ini (05/01) Bertempat di lapangan Pemkab Garut , Rumah Zakat yang diwakili oleh Chief Program Officer Rumah Zakat, Murni Alit Baginda melakukan serah terima Rumah Tapak untuk korban banjir Garut kepada pemerintahan Kabupaten Garut yang diwakili oleh Wakil Bupati Garut, dr Helmi Budiman.
Rumah tapak merupakan rumah yang dibagun dari donasi para donatur Rumah Zakat untuk korban banjir bandang Garut. Bajir Bandang yang terjadi pada September 2016 lalu tersebut menghacurkan ratusan rumah di Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Garut terutama di daerah aliran sungai Cimanuk, oleh sebab itu banyak warga yang kehilangan tempat tinggal.
“Alhamdulilah, 10 unit Rumah Tapak yang dibangun sejak 2017 sudah selesai, penghuninya nanti akan ditentukan oleh Pemkab. 1 rumah 1KK,” ujar Murni Alit Baginda.
“Terima kasih atas kontribusi semua pihak atas bencana banjir bandang yg terjadi di Garut, termasuk Rumah Zakat,” ujar Dr. Helmi Budiman dalam kegiatan serah terima yang bersamaan dengan pengukuhan forum kerukunan umat beragama di Apel gabungan pagi Pembkab Garut (05/01).

Tapak House is a house that is build from donations of Rumah Zakat’s donator for victims of Garut flash flood. flash flood that occurred in September 2016 then destroyed hundreds of homes in the District of Tarogong Kidul Garut, especially in the Cimanuk river basin, so many residents who lost their homes.
“Alhamdulilah, 10 units Tapak house built since 2017 is completed, residents who occupied the house will be determined by the regency goverment. 1 house for one family, “said Murni Alit Baginda.
“Thank you for the contribution of all parties to the disaster that occurred in Garut, including Rumah Zakat,” said Dr. Helmi Budiman in the handover ceremony that coincided with the inauguration of religious harmony forum in the joint morning assembly of Garut regency (05/01).
