BANDUNG, Jumat, (17/02) RZ Berkerjasama dengan DMID adakan Workshop dan Launching program Sekolah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah), di Hotel Benua, Bandung. Sekolah UMKM ditujukan sebagai wadah untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang kerap dihadapi para pengusaha.
Para peserta Sekolah UMKM adalah para member usaha binaan yang telah mendapatkan akses permodalan dan pendampingan usaha terpilih dari wilayah ICD RZ. Sekolah UMKM tidak hanya diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM namun juga diberikan kepada para pendamping usaha atau Micro Business Officer (MBO).
Sebagaimana sekolah pada umumnya, Sekolah UMKM pun menerapkan kurikulum pengajaran dalam implementasinya, hal ini bertujuan agar para pelaku usaha maupun tenaga pendamping memiliki kompetensi yang berdaya saing di pasar lokal maupun Internasional.
Data statistik dan riset menunjukan bahwa UMKM mewakili jumlah kelompok usaha terbesar di Indonesia, dan terbukti menjadi penyangga perekonomian nasional saat krisis ekonomi berlangsung.
Selain itu, UMKM juga menciptakan lapangan kerja yang cukup besar sehingga menjadi upaya solutif bagi permasalahan pengangguran.
Sekolah UMKM mendapat respon yang sangat baik dari para peserta yang hadir, banyak yang akhirnya menyadari kekurangannya dalam berusaha. RZ juga sangat terbuka bagi semua pihak yang ingin berkontribusi dalam Sekoah UMKM ini.
“Materinya sangat bermanfaat, jadi ini bisa jadi untuk penguatan produk saya, dari yang asalnya saya fokus ke laba, dengan adanya workshop ini saya jadi bisa fokus bagaimana untuk memperluas penjualan, saya akan lebih fokus ke kemasan, karena selama ini kelemahan saya pada kemasan jadi saya akan fokus ke kemasan” Desi, salah satu peserta dari ICD Kediri.

Bandung [:en]BANDUNG, Friday (17/02). RZ in Cooperate with DMID have been Launching the Workshop and Sekolah UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), in Benua Hotel, Bandung. Sekolah UMKM is intended as a forum to seek solutions to the problems that are often faced by entrepreneurs.
The participants of Sekolah UMKM are members of RZ assisted region. Sekolah UMKM is not only given to UMKM, but also be given to Micro Business Officer (MBO).
In this School RZ will also apply the curriculum in its implementation, it is intended that the businesses and assistants have the competence competitiveness in local and international markets.
Statistical data and research showed that UMKM represents the largest number of business groups in Indonesia, and proved to be a buffer of the national economy during the economic crisis.
Moreover, UMKM also createed jobs in large scale then it would be the solution for problem of unemployment.
Sekolah UMKM got a very good response from the participants, many of the participants that finally realized their weakness in business. RZ is also very open to all who want to contribute in the next Sekolah UMKM.
