PEKANBARU. Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau menggandeng RZ dan Cita Sehat untuk melakukan sosialisasi Hari Kanker Sedunia di Car Free Day Pekanbaru pada (05/01). Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk mengajak masyarakat Riau untuk melakukan pencegahan terhadap penyakit kanker.
“Kegiatan dimulai pada pagi hari dengan agenda senam bersama. Lewat senam, para warga diingatkan bahwa aktifitas fisik berperan penting untuk menyeimbangi pola hidup yang sehat. Tentunya setelah menerapkan PHBS atau perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ya,” tutur Fiona, Public Health Cita Sehat Pekanbaru.
Setelah senam, para warga melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan diantaranya pengukuran tensi darah, pengukuran kadar asam urat, dan pengecekan gula darah gratis yang disediakan oleh Cita Sehat bersama RZ.
Kegiatan tersebut juga dimeriahkan oleh para mahasiswa dari Komunitas IPMKesRi atau Ikatan Pemuda Kesehatan Riau. Mereka mengajak warga yang hadir untuk bermain teka-teki ceria. Permainan teka-teki yang berisi materi tentang hidup sehat. Mereka berlomba untuk memenangkankan permainan yang bernilai edukasi tersebut.
“Acara ini sangat menarik dan meriah. Semoga pesan kita kepada masyakat untuk tetap hidup sehat sampai dan terima kasih untuk Rumah Zakat dan CSF yang turut mendukung kegiatan ini,” ujar Rozita, salah satu Staff Promkes Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau.
Di akhir kegiatan, selain membagikan sayur dan buah, tim RZ dan Cita Sehat bersama mahasiswa mengajak warga untuk menandatangani banner komitmen untuk menjalankan hidup sehat guna mencegah penyakit kanker.

Pekanbaru[:en]PEKANBARU. Riau Provincial Health Office took RZ and Cita Sehat to disseminate the World Cancer Day in the Pekanbaru Car Free Day. The activity aims to encourage people of Riau for the prevention of cancer on (05/01).
“The event begins in the morning with gymnastics agenda together. Through gymnastics, citizens are reminded that physical activity plays an important role to balance a healthy lifestyle. Of course, after applying PHBs or clean and healthy life behavior, “said Fiona, Public Health Officer of Cita Sehat Pekanbaru.
After the gymnastics, the resident were having medical check up including blood pressure measurement, measurement of uric acid levels, and free blood sugar checking that provided by Cita Sehat and RZ.
The activity was also enlivened by the students of the Youth Association of Community Health IPMKesRi or Riau. They urged residents who attend to play puzzle cheerfully. A puzzle game contained material about healthy living. They competed enthusiastically to win that game.
“It was very interesting. Hopefully the society remember and apply our message to live healthy. Our big thanks to Rumah Zakat and CSF who already supported these activities very well,” said Rozita, one of staff of Riau Provincial Health Office.
At the end of the activity, beside distributing vegetables and fruits, RZ team and the students invited residents to sign on a commitment banner to apply healthy living to prevent cancer.
