TEGAL. Selasa (05/12), sebanyak 50 bibit tanaman obat dan 2 karung popok kompos diserahkan oleh Ahmadin selaku Fasilitator Desa Berdaya Rumah Zakat kepada warga RW 09 Kelurahan Mintaragen, Kec. Tegal Timur, Kota Tegal. Bibit tanaman obat tersebut rencananya akan ditanam oleh warga menjadi area Apotek Hidup.
Apotik hidup merupakan pemanfaatan sebagian tanah milik warga untuk ditanami tanaman obat-obatan. Tanaman tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari warga, banyak diketahui bahwa tanaman obat tradisional mampu mengobati berbagai penyakit selain itu obat tradisional dikenal aman karena bersifat alami dan memiliki efek samping yang lebih sedikit dibanding obat-obatan buatan pabrik.
“Tanaman obat yang disalurkan untuk warga hari ini meliputi jeruk purut, jeruk lemon, jahe, kamijara dan kunyit. Selain itu sebanyak 2 karung pupuk kompos diberikan kepada warga sebagai pupuk tanaman obat. Semoga warga cepat mendapatkan manfaat dari tanaman obat yang akan di tanam nanti area yang sudah dijadikan sebagai lokasi apotek hidup wilayah binaan Rumah Zakat kelurahan Mintaragen,” tutur Ahmadin.
Warga yang bertugas merawat dan menanam tanaman obat kelurahan Mintaragen adalah kader posyandu, remaja dan ibu-ibu sekitar. “Terima kasih kepada Rumah Zakat yang telah memberikan bantuan tanaman bibit obat tradisional kepada warga kami. Kami akan membuat lemari pot sehingga akan terlihat lebih asri dan rapi di area Apotik Hidup. Saya akan membantu untuk terus memotivasi warga dan remaja sekitar sini untuk aktif merawatnya,” ungkap Darningsih selaku ibu ketua RW 09 Kelurahan Mintaragen.
Ibu Darningsih menambahkan bahwa area Apotik hidup sudah 2 kali dibersihkan oleh remaja yang tergabung dalam group futsal Margorukun. Tidak Lupa ibu Darningsih menyampaikan rasa syukur dan terima kasih kepada Donatur Rumah Zakat yang menitipkan donasinya ke Rumah Zakat untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi tanaman obat yang dikelola oleh warga ke RW 09 Desa Berdaya Mintaragen.

Tuesday (05/12), 50 seeds of medicinal plants and 2 bags of compost fertilizer were handed over by Ahmadin as the Facilitator of Rumah Zakat to the residents of RW 09 Mintaragen Sub-district, Kec. Tegal Timur, Tegal City. Seeds of medicinal plants are planned to be planted by residents into the area of the Life Pharmacy.
Live pharmacies are the use of part of the land owned by residents to plant medicinal plants. Plants are used for the daily needs of the people, it is widely known that traditional medicinal plants are able to treat various diseases other than that traditional medicine is known to be safe because it is natural and has fewer side effects than manufactured medicines.
“The medicinal plants distributed to citizens today include kaffir lime, lemon, ginger, prawns and turmeric. In addition, as much as 2 sacks of composted fertilizer given to the residents as fertilizer medicinal plants. Hopefully, the people will get the benefits from the medicinal plants that will be planted later in the area that has been used as the location of the living pharmacy of the built area of Rumah Zakat of Mintaragen,” said Ahmadin.
Residents in charge of caring and growing medicinal plants Mintaragen urban village is posyandu cadres, adolescents and mothers around. “Thanks to Rumah Zakat that has provided the help of traditional medicinal plants to our citizens. We will make a pot cabinet so it will look more beautiful and neat in the area of Pharmacy Living. I will help to continue to motivate people and adolescents around here to actively take care of him, “said Darningsih as the head of RW 09 village Mintaragen.
Mrs. Darningsih added that the area of live pharmacies has been cleared twice by teenagers who are members of the Margoukun futsal group. Mrs. Darningsih expressed gratitude to the donors of Rumah Zakat who entrusted their donation to Rumah Zakat to be used as medicinal plant managed by residents to RW 09 of Mintaragen empowered Village.
