BANYUWANGI. Banjir bandang yang terjadi pada Jumat (22/06) lalu di Desa Alas Malang, Kecamatan Singojuruh, Kabupaten Banyuwangi telah merusak beberapa fasilitas umum seperti masjid dan jalan raya. Akibat banjir tersebut sebanyak 23 rumah warga mengalami rusak berat bahkan porak poranda, ratusan rumah rusak sedang dan ratusan rumah rusak ringan.
Saat ini pihak BPBD, kepolisian, dan warga sedang berusaha membersihkan jalan serta rumah yang terendam lumpur. Hingga Hari Senin (25/06), Tim Rumah Zakat masih terus bergerak untuk membantu pasca banjir bersama BPBD, TNI, Polri, relawan serta masyarakat untuk membersihkan lumpur di jalan serta rumah warga.
“Untuk mempermudah membersihkan lumpur sisa banjir bandang, Rumah Zakat menyediakan 10 unit Arco (kereta dorong roda 1) selain itu juga membuka Pos Hangat dan Pos Segar menyediakan minuman hangat seperti kopi, susu, teh dan minuman dingin untuk tim gabungan yang berpartisipasi membersihkan lumpur,” ungkap Andri Murdianto Crisis Center Rumah Zakat.
Koordinator bantuan logistik yang menerima penyerahan Arco mengucapkan terima kasih dan langsung membagikan Arco tersebut kepada tim pembersih di lokasi. “Alhamdulillah, terima Kasih Rumah Zakat atas bantuan 10 unit Arco, ini sangat membantu petugas kita yang ada dilapangan apalagi masih banyak lumpur yang terendam di gang sempit, dan alat berat pun sangat susah masuk untuk itulah diperlukan sebuah kereta dorong 1 roda (Arco) ini,” tutur Anang Koordinator Bantuan Logistik Posko Banjir Bandang.
