JAKARTA. Pada Selasa (08/11) siswa-siswi kelas V SD Juara Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 20 orang terlihat sangat antusias mengikuti project pelajaran Bahasa Inggris karena mereka akan memiliki teman baru dari belahan dunia Eropa. Project ini kami namakan “Postcards Exchange.” Mereka akan bertukar kartu pos dengan teman-teman sebaya mereka dari Rusia.
Aleksandra, Alice, Mikhail, Nazar dan Nikita itulah beberapa di antara sahabat pena dari Rusia yang akan dikirimi kartu pos beserta karya mereka.
“Tujuan project ini selain untuk melatih kemampuan menulis/writing mereka, juga untuk membuka wawasan mereka tentang dunia. Mudah-mudahan bisa mendorong mereka bercita-cita tinggi.” papar Jaja Fatmaja, guru SD Juara Jakarta Selatan.
Zahran, siswa kelas V sangat senang mengikuti project ini, walaupun sebenarnya negara yang dia inginkan adalah Inggris, negara asal Harris J, penyanyi muslim muda. “Postcard Exchangenya ke Rusia, pengennya ke Inggris tapi gapapa kok Zahran tetep seneng bisa nambah temen dari negara lain.” kata siswa yang antusias itu.
“Project ini akan dilanjutkan untuk kelas lainnya diharapkan bisa rutin dilakukan.” Tutup Jaja.

Zahran, fifth grade students were very happy to follow this project, even though the country he wants is England, the origin country of Harris J, a young Muslim singer. “Exchange postcard with Russian, I want to exchange postcard with England but that’s okay , I am happy to have new friends from other countries,” said Zahran, enthusiastically .
