[:ID]PROBOLINGGO. (30/08) Jelang hari Raya Idul Adha, para petugas kesehatan menimbang berat hewan qurban di peternakan yang menjadi pusat proses Superqurban di Desa Sepuh Gempol,  Kecamatan Wonokromo Kabupaten Probolinggo.

“Penimbangan ini dilakukan secara rutin satu bulan sekali, agar kita bisa melihat perkembangan berat badan hewan,” tutur Fuad Saefullah (30 th), salah satu petugas kandang.

Kordinator produksi Superqurban, Deni Wahyudi mengungkapkan bahwa dengan mengetahui berat hewan qurban, tim produksi akan bisa memprediksi berapa banyak kornet dan rendang yang akan dihasilkan. “Makin berat timbangannya, banyak banyak daging yang bisa diproduksi menjadi kornet dan rendang,” ungkap Deni.

Probolinggo[:en]PROBOLINGGO. (08/30)Ahead of Eid al-Adha, health personnel weigh the weight of qurbany animals in the farms that became the center of Superqurban process in Sepuh Gempol Village, Wonokromo Sub-district, Probolinggo District.

“Weighing is done regularly once a month, so we can see the development of animal weight,” said Fuad Saefullah (30 years), one of the cage officers.

Superqurban production coordinator, Deni Wahyudi revealed that by knowing the weight of qurbani animal, the production team will be able to predict how much corned and rendang will be produced. “The heavier the scales, the more meat that can be produced into corned and rendang,” said Deni.
