PROBOLINGGO. “Setelah dari peternakan, selanjutnya daging diantar ke tempat produksi kornet dan rendang. Untuk keamanan, pengantaran ini harus dikawal,” tutur Syarifuddin (35 th), Minggu (03/09).
“Kemarin malam (02/09) itu, pengantaran daging hingga pukul 12 malam. Di pabrik, daging dicek kembali, dan saya bersama tim QC lainnya baru pulang pukul 1 dini hari,” tambah Syarifuddin.
Syarifuddin merupakan salah satu fasilitator desa berdaya Kedung Rejoso, Kecamatan Kotaanyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo yang bertugas sebagai pengawal daging qurban dari peternakan ke pabrik tempat produksi.
“Saya baru bisa pulang jika daging telah sampai pabrik dengan baik dan sesuai,” ungkapnya.
Sebagai seorang Fasilitator Desa Berdaya, Syarifuddin juga aktif membina masyarakat di Desa Kedung Rejoso. Salah satu yang menjadi fokus utamanya adalah pembinaan masyarakat melalui program Pondok Baca yang kini bangunannya telah berdiri kokoh dengan koleksi buku beraneka ragam.
“Pondok Baca itu awalnya bangunan tidak terpakai yang berada di samping masjid, kemudian saya renovasi dan saya jadikan Pondok Baca,” terang Syarifuddin.
“Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan belajar warga. Selain itu, di Pondok Baca juga ada bimbel yang disediakan gratis untuk anak-anak,” ujarnya.

“Last night (02/09), the delivery of meat until 12 pm, at the factory, the meat is checked again, me and the other QC team just come home at 1 am, “added Syarifuddin.
Syarifuddin is one of the empowered village facilitators in Kedung Rejoso, Kotaanyar Subdistrict, Probolinggo District who served as the guardian of qurbani meat from the farm to the factory where the production take place.
“I can only go home if the meat has reached the factory well and accordingly,” he said.
As a Empowered Village Facilitator, Syarifuddin also actively build community in Kedung Rejoso Village. One of the main focuses is the community development through Pondok Baca (Local Library) program which now has a solid building with a collection of diverse books.
“Pondok Baca was originally held in unused buildings beside the mosque, then I renovate and I made it as Pondok Baca,” explained Syarifuddin.
“The purpose of this program is to increase the interest of reading and learning of citizens. In addition, in Pondok Baca there is also tutorial provided free of charge for children, “he said.
