PONTIANAK (11/07) Rumah Zakat dan HSBC mengadakan kegiatan Pelatihan Sertifikasi Halal pada Rabu (11/07). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh member ekonomi Desa Berdaya Banjar Serasan kec. Pontianak Timur. Kegiatan yang bertempat di Sekretariat LPPOM MUI Kalimantan Barat ini, dipandu langsung oleh Direktur LPPOM MUI Kalimantan Barat, Bapak Dr. Agus Wibowo, M.Si.
Dalam pemaparannya, Pak Agus membahas tentang aspek-aspek kehalalan serta persyaratan tentang sertifikasi halal. Ia pun Mengatakan LPPOM MUI sangat mendorong pelaku ekonomi pangan untuk membuat sertifikat halal.
“Kita menginginkan ummat merasakan ketenangan dalam mengkonsumsi produk-produk pangan karena ini adalah perintah agama”, tutur pria yang sehari-hari berprofesi sebagai Dosen Kimia di Fakultas MIPA Universitas Tanjungpura ini.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama 2 jam ini juga memberikan sosialisasi tentang prosedur pendaftaran sertifikasi halal yang disampaikan oleh Novi, salah satu staf LPPOM MUI Kalimantan Barat.
“Alhamdulillah, saya senang dengan kegiatan ini sehingga saya bisa mengetahui tentang makanan halal serta cara untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal”, tutur Nuraisyah, salah satu member ekonomi Desa Berdaya Banjar Serasan.
Acara pun selesai pada pukul 11. 15 dan ditutup dengan sesi foto bersama peserta dan pihak LPPOM MUI Kalimantan Barat.

This activity was followed by assisted member of Banjar Serasan village, East Pontianak. The event, which was held at the Secretariat of LPPOM MUI of West Kalimantan, was directly guided by the Director of LPPOM MUI of West Kalimantan, Dr. Agus Wibowo, M.Sc.
In his presentation, Mr. Agus discussed about Halal aspects as well as requirements regarding halal certification. He also said LPPOM MUI strongly encourages food economy actors to make halal certificates.
“We want people to feel calm in consuming food products because this is a religious command”, said the man who works daily as a Chemistry Lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Tanjungpura.
This two-hour event also provides socialization about halal certification registration procedure delivered by Novi, one of LPPOM MUI staff in West Kalimantan.
“Alhamdulillah, I am happy with this activity so I can know about halal food and how to get halal certificate”, said Nuraisyah, one assisted member of Banjar Serasan village.
The event was finished at 11.15 and closed with photo session with participants and LPPOM MUI of West Kalimantan.
