Cita Sehat Foundation (CSF) merupakan Mitra implementasi RZ dalam bidang kesehatan, salah satu program CSF adalah program untuk lansia. kali ini program yang dilaksanakan adalah Care Giver Training yang diselenggarakan di Kota Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini merupakan sarana bagi para perawat lansia atau Care Giver untuk menambah wawasan kesehatan dalam merawat lansia.
Sebanyak 19 orang Care Giver hadir dalam pelatihan kali ini. Mayoritas diantara mereka merupakan anggota keluarga lansia.
Pada pertemuan ini, Dwi Endah, MPH yang merupakan Senior Manager CSF menyampaikan materi mengenai aspek kesehatan lansia serta kenyamanan lansia dirumah. ada 2 hal penting yang disampaikan oleh Dwi Endah yaitu macam – macam perlengkapan yang dapat menunjang kenyamanan aktivitas lansia dan aspek kesehatan sederhana yang dapat diberikan oleh para Care Giver di rumah kepada lansia.
Untuk menilai keefektifan materi, para Care Giver melaksanakan pre test dan post test. Agar semakin menarik, test dibuat dalam bentuk permainan benar atau salah. Pertanyaan akan muncul pada layar, lalu para Care Giver hanya tinggal menunjukkan kertas bertuliskan kata “benar” atau “salah”.

Cita Sehat Foundation (CSF) is an implementation partner of RZ in the health sector, one of the CSF program is a program for the elderly. This time the implemented program is Care Giver Training held in Yogyakarta. This activity is a means for caregivers of elderly or Care Giver to broaden health care for the elderly.
A total of 19 people attended Care Giver training. The majority of them are family members of the elderly. At this meeting, Dwi Endah, MPH which is the Senior Manager of CSF delivered material on various aspects of health of the elderly as well as the comfort of the elderly at home. There are two important things to be delivered by Dwi Endah such as kind of equipment that can support the elderly activity comfort and simple health aspects that can be provided by the Care Giver at home for the elderly.
To assess the effectiveness of the material, the Care Giver carried out pre test and post test. To be more interesting, the test was made in the form right or wrong game. Questions would appear on the screen, then the Care Giver just a show of paper bearing the word “right” or “wrong”.
The participants seemed enthusiastically in participating in this activity. “From this activity, I can gain knowledge to care for the elderly at home so that they become more comfortable and feel at home.
