JAKARTA. ( 17/7) Rumah Zakat berkomitmen memberdayakan warga rumah susun jatinegara kaum melalui program pemberdayaan ekonomi, pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan di Rumah Susun Jatinegara Kaum berupa budidaya sayuran sehat Hidroponik. Program ini terlaksana atas kerja sama Rumah Zakat dengan Bank DKI.
Dewasa ini Negara maju seperti belanda sudah mengembangkan budidaya hidroponik ditahap yang luar biasa, budidaya sayur hidroponik sangat cocok dilakukan di wilayah urban seperti ibukota Jakarta. Kebun hidroponik yang diolah oleh 3 orang member binaan ini sudah terlaksana selama 8 bulan dan panen bulan juli ini menghasilkan 31 kg sayuran sehat.
“Kami melihat tanaman budidaya Hiroponik yang di lakukan petani jatinegara kaum, yang mana kita tahu Jakarta merupakan wilayah urban yang memiliki keterbatasan lahan. Namun bisa kita lihat meski dilahan sempit, petani rusun Jatinegara Kaum masih bisa kegiatan tanam sayur secara mandiri, sayur yang sehat untuk dikonsumsi warga.” ujar Sudirman, sekertaris kecamatan Pulogadung.
Hasil panen tersebut kemudian dijual kepada warga sekitar. Dari penjualan tersebut warga binaan mendapatkan pendapatan Rp600.000.

But we can see even though the narrow land, the peasants of flats jatinegara people still can plant vegetables independently, healthy vegetables to be consumed by residents, “said Sudirman, secretary of Pulogadung district.
The harvest is then sold to local people. Of the sales, the assisted member get Rp600,000 in revenue.
