KEDIRI. Rabu (4/04) Kegiatan Rutin pekanan Pelajar Siaga Bencana kembali digelar di SMAN 7 Kediri, kali ini 20 anggota PSB SMAN 7 Kota Kediri belajar bersama 3 relawan Rumah Zakat mengenai RJP (Resusitasi Jantung Paru). Materi disampaikan oleh Ishaq Ade, anggota Relawan Rumah zakat Kediri.
“Resusitasi Jantung Paru sebagai langkah awal pertolongan pertama saat henti nafas dan pertolongan pertama terhadap Sumbatan Benda Asing akibat tersedak,” ujar Ishaq, saat memberikan penjelasan kepada peserta kegiatan.
Selain memberikan materi, Ishaq juga memberikan demostrasi langsung bagaimana cara untuk melakukan RJP, para peserta pun mendapat kesempatan untuk melakukan praktek langsung bagaimana melakukan Resusitasi Jantung Paru dengan menggunakan alat peraga dan juga penanganan terhadap korban yang tersedak.
Peserta tampak antusias mengikuti materi pada sore itu, terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan serta semangat mereka saat mengikuti simulasi.
“Materi hari ini sangat menyenangkan, ingin belajar dan peraktek lagi, supaya bisa lebih menguasai materi ” tutur dicky salah satu anggota PSB SMAN 7 Kediri.

Wednesday (4/04) Weekly routine activity of Disaster Preparedness students (PSB) held again in SMAN 7 Kediri, this time 20 members of PSB SMAN 7 Kediri study with 3 volunteers of Rumah Zakat regarding CPR (Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation). The material delivered by Ishaq Ade, member of Rumah Zakat Volunteer Kediri.
“Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation is the first step of first aid in breathing and first aid against Obstruction due to choking,” said Ishaq, when giving explanation to the participants of the activity.
In addition to providing materials, Ishaq also gave a direct demonstration of how to perform CPR, the participants also had the opportunity to practice directly how to conduct Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation by using props and also the handling of victims.
Participants looked enthusiastic about the material that afternoon, as seen from the many questions and their passion for the simulation.
“The material today is very fun, want to learn and practice again, in order to master the material” said Dicky one member of PSB SMAN 7 Kediri.
