PALANGKARAYA. Terjadi kebakaran yang menghanguskan pasar dan pemukiman warga di Pasar Besar Palangkaraya jalan Jawa, RT 04 Kelurahan Pahandut Kec. Pahandut Kota Palangkaraya. Kalteng, Selasa (19/06).
Penyebab kebakaran diduga akibat arus pendek listrik di salah satu barak (rumah sewaan) warga. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Sosial jumlah korban kebakaran sebanyak 38 kepala keluarga dengan total 86 jiwa.
Membantu ringankan duka para korban kebakaran, Rumah Zakat menurunkan 4 orang relawan untuk menyalurkan bantuan berupa 50 paket sembako, kornet Superqurban dan alat-alat kebersihan.
“Korban saat ini mengungsi ke rumah saudaranya, posko bantuan sudah didirikan di tempat ketua RT. Bantuan Rumah Zakat diserahkan langsung kepada warga yang menjadi korban setelah tim relawan berkoordinasi dengan ketua RT setempat,” ungkap Andri Murdianto Crisis Center Rumah Zakat.
