Agar daging kurban bisa tahan lama dan kualitas daging terjaga baik disarankan dengan diolah menjadi kornet atau dikemas di dalam kaleng. Hal tersebut disampaikan seorang pengurus Rumah Zakat Solo, Mei Sriwiduri, dalam sosialisasi Superqurban di arena car free day (CFD) Jl. Slamet Riyadi Solo, Minggu (04/09).
“Daging kurban yang dikornet ini lebih efektif dan mampu menjaga keawetan daging hingga tiga tahun,” katanya kepada TribunSolo.com. Adapun sosialisasi ini sengaja dilakukan di CFD karena dinilai efektif.

This was said by one the chairman of Rumah Zakat Solo, Mei Sriwiduri, and socialization of Superqurban in the arena of car free day (CFD) Jl. Slamet Riyadi Solo, on Sunday (09/04).
“Corned qurbany meat is more effective and capable of maintaining the durability of the meat to three years,” She told TribunSolo.com. The socialization was deliberately done in CFD as it is considered effective.
