PEKANBARU. Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) kelas 4 Penerbit Persada Riau Bab 2 mengenai Kenampakan Alam Kabupaten Kota dan Provinsi Riau di SD Juara Pekanbaru kali ini dikemas menarik melalui Outing ke Objek Wisata di Riau.
Rombongan berangkat ke lokasi dengan menggunakan bus ke Siak Sri Indrapura yang diketuai oleh Bapak Taufik Hidayat dengan Komplek Istana Kerajaan Riau yang bernama Assiriyah Alhasyimyah sebagai destinasi outing kali ini. Perjalanan memakan waktu kurang dari 3 jam, di tengah perjalanan pun rombongan juga berhenti sejenak untuk melihat kegiatan “Tour the Siak” yang diikuti oleh Negara-negara Asia Tenggara dan Australia.
Adapun Kerajaan Siak Sri Indrapura ini dibangun oleh Sulthan As Syaidis Syarif Qasim Abdul Jalil Saefuddin pada tahun 1889-1908 M. Setibanya di lokasi, rombongan Peserta Didik SD Juara Pekanbaru dibagi sebanyak 8 kelompok: 3 kelompok ikhwan (laki-laki) dan 5 kelompok akhwat (perempuan). Fungsi pembagian kelompok ini adalah untuk memudahkan Peserta Didik mencari informasi dan memudahkan pengawasan selama berkunjung ke Istana Siak.
Sebanyak 47 Peserta Didik dan 10 orang Guru mengikuti kegiatan Eduwisata SD Juara Pekanbaru ke Istana Assiriyah Alhasyimyah pada Sabtu (22/10). Setelah pembagian kelompok, mereka diberi arahan oleh Ketua Rombongan dan Bapak Kepala Sekolah mengenai sejarah singkat Kerajaan Siak. Peserta Didik dibimbing masuk oleh guru pendamping setelah sebelumnya membayar tiket masuk Rp 2.000/anak dan Rp 3.000/orang dewasa.
Saat memasuki Istana, kita dapat menyaksikan tempat menyambut Putri-putri Raja dan anak-anak terlihat antusias apalagi ketika menaiki tangga Istana. Istana berlantaikan dua ini sangat indah dengan alat-alat makan dan senjata yang ada juga merupakan sumbangan masyarakat.
Sulthan Syarif Qasim II pada Tahun 1998 ditetapkan sebagai Pahlawan Nasional oleh Bapak B. J. Habibie atas jasanya setelah Kerajaan yang tidak pernah dijajah ini bergabung ke Indonesia. “Sejarah yang sangat berharga dan membuat kita harus senantiasa belajar untuk menghargai jasa para Pahlawan dan menjadikan pelajaran atas setiap proses regenerasi kehidupan”, ujar Bu Fitri salah seorang Guru SD Juara Pekanbaru.

The trip takes less than 3 hours, in the middle of the trip the group also paused to look at the activity “Tour the Siak” followed by the countries of Southeast Asia and Australia.
The Kingdom of Siak Sri Indrapura was built by Sulthan As Syaidis Syarif Qasim Abdul Jalil Saefuddin in 1889-1908 M. Arriving at the site, the group Students SD Champion Pekanbaru divided by eight groups: three groups of brothers (men) and 5 groups of sisters (female). The function of the division of the group is to facilitate Students seeking information and facilitate supervision during a visit to Siak Palace.
A total of 47 Students and 10 teachers participated in the SD Juara Pekanbaru Edu-tour to Alhasyimyah Assiriyah Palace on Saturday (22/10). After the division of the group, they were briefed by the Chairman of the delegation and Principal about the short history of the Kingdom of Siak. Students are guided in by teacher assistant after paying the entrance fee of Rp 2,000 / child and Rp 3,000 / adult.
Upon entering the palace, we can witness a welcoming place of Daughters of the King and the children were enthusiastic especially when climbing stairs Palace. Two-floored palace is very beautiful with cutlery and weapons there is also donation from the community.
Sulthan Syarif Qasim II in 1998 designated as a National Hero by Mr. B. J. Habibie for his services after the Kingdom that was never colonized joined to Indonesia. “History is a very valuable and makes us have to constantly learn to appreciate the services of the hero and make lessons on every process of regeneration of life,” said Mrs. Fitri, the teacher of SD Juara Pekanbaru.
