BANDUNG. (02/10). Dalam rangka menyambut tahun baru Islam 1438 Hijriah, warga ICD wilayah RW 03, Gumuruh, Bandung melaksanakan senam sehat.
Minggu pagi, sebanyak 15 orang warga berkumpul dan bersiap-siap melaksanakan senam sehat bersama RZ dan Cita Sehat Foundation (CSF). Kegiatan tersebut dimulai pada pukul 07.00 WIB. Lengkap dengan pakaian dan sepatu olahraga, peserta senam yang didominasi oleh lansia ini terlihat sangat antusias mengikuti arahan instruktur senam.
Fadhil selaku PH CSF Bandung mengatakan bahwa kegiatan senam sehat kali memang di fokuskan kepada lansia. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan para lansia di wilayah Gumuruh.
“Alhamdulillah setelah lama tidak berolahraga, RZ dan Cita Sehat mengadakan acara senam sehat. Terima kasih telah memfasilitasi kegiatan ini.”, ungkap Heni, salah salah satu peserta senam sehat.
