[:ID]MAMUJU. Curah hujan deras di wilayah Kelurahan simboro kec. Simboro kab. Mamuju Sulawesi Barat menyebabkan sungai-sungai meluap termasuk sungai Mahakam dan menggenangi pemukiman warga akibatnya 2346 atau 8403 jiwa terdampak. Menurut Warga Simboro kejadian seperti ini pernah terjadi namun banjir kali ini adalah yang paling parah.

Saat Tim Relawan Rumah Zakat yang berjumlah 6 orang melakukan Aksi peduli bencana dengan assesment ke lokasi bencana pada (24/03), banjir masih lumayan tinggi di beberapa titik dan terdapat satu RT yang lumpuh aksesnya karena banjir .

“Kalau air sungai Mahakam pasang, kemungkinan surutnya masih kecil,” ujar Relawan Rumah Zakat.

Selain assesment, dalam Aksi Peduli Bencana ini Tim Relawan juga membawa sejumlah bantuan yang di distribusikan di Posko pengungsian berupa 250 karung Beras, 40 Air minum dalam kemasan, dan 90 kaleng Kornet Superqurban, Relawan juga terlibat dalam aktivitas dapur umum.

“Karena banjir masih belum surut warga masih memerlukan bantuan. Bantuan yang paling urgent saat ini adalah tenda pengungsian, selimut, alas untuk tidur, bahan pangan dan obat-obatan,” tambahnya.

In addition to the assessment, in this Disaster Response Action Team Volunteers also brought some aid distributed in Refugee Posts in the form of 250 bags of Rice, 40 bottled drinking water, and 90 cans of Kornet Superqurban, Volunteers are also involved in Public Kitchen activities.

“Because the flood is still not subsiding the people still need help. The most urgent assistance now is refugee tents, blankets, bedding, food and medicine, “he added.
