CILEGON. Siswa kelas 2 SD Juara Cilegon terlihat sedang belajar membuat cincau pada hari Selasa (30/08). Cincau ini dibuat dari daun cincau tersebut diolah dengan cara diperas sampai keluar sarinya. Pada pertemuan sebelumnya wali kelas menugaskan kepada masing-masing siswa untuk membawa peralatannya seperti baskom, saringan, gelas, dan sendok. Wali kelas juga menugaskan kepada siswa untuk mencari daun cincau disekitar rumah mereka.
Sebelum praktik membuat cincau ini dimulai, wali kelas mengecek peralatan yang dibawa siswa. Kemudian wali kelas membagikan daun cincau kepada siswa yang tidak membawanya. Praktik membuat cincau pun dimulai. Langkah awal, siswa mencuci daun cincaunya terlebih dahulu. Kemudian mulai diperas-peras sampai keluar sarinya sambil diberi sedikit air.
Setelah itu, barulah disaring agar sari dengan daunnya terpisah. Setelah semua proses dilalui, diamkan selama beberapa menit agar sari daun cincaunya itu menjadi kental dan padat. Setelah didiamkan, berilah sedikti sirup dan es batu agar lebih nikmat untuk disantap. Jadilah cincau buatan siswa kelas 2 SD Juara Cilegon. Siswa pun terlihat sangat senang dan puas bisa menikmati bersama-sama minuman cincau yang mereka buat sendiri. Bahkan mereka pun berbagi minuman cincaunya dengan dewan guru, adik kelas, dan kakak kelasnya.
“Alhamdulillah siswa terlihat senang karena sudah berhasil membuat minuman cincau ini. Mereka juga tak lupa untuk berbagi dengan guru-guru dan teman-temannya yang lain. Praktek membuat cincau ini memang sederhana, namun dapat mengajarkan siswa untuk lebih kreatif dan lebih mandiri membuat minuman sehat,“ ujar Mirnawati selaku walikelas 2 SD Juara Cilegon.

In an earlier meeting the homeroom teacher assigned to each student to bring equipment such as basins, filters, cups, and spoons. Homeroom teacher also assigned student to seek grass jelly leaves around their home.
Before practice began making grass jelly, homeroom teacher checked the equipment brought by student. Then homeroom teacher distribute grass jelly leaf to students who did not take it. And then Practice to make grass jelly began. The first step, the students wash the leaves first. Then start squeezed-out the juice while given a little water.
After that, then the juices filtered in order to make the juice separated from the leaves. After all the process is passed, let the juice stand for a few minutes so that the grass jelly juice becomes thick and dense. After settling, give a little syrup and ice cubes to make it more delicious. Then grass jelly made by 2nd grade student of SD Juara Cilegon. Students also looked very happy and satisfied can enjoy together grass jelly drinks that they made themselves. In fact, they even shared the grass jelly drink with the teachers, juniors, and their senior.
