JAKARTA. Keputusan Presiden Amerika, Donal Trump untuk memindahkan kedutaan besar Amerika ke Yerusalem dan mengakui Yerusalem sebagai Ibukota Israel menuai banyak kritik dari berbagai belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia. Hari ini Jumat (11/05) masyarakat muslim Indonesia berkumpul di Monumen Nasional Jakarta (Monas) untuk melakukan Aksi Bela Al-Quds. Aksi ini merupakan bentuk protes terhadap keputusan Presiden Amerika dan sebagai bentuk dukungan untuk Palestina dan Mesjid Al- Aqsa, kiblat pertama umat muslim.
Dalam aksi Bela Al-Quds tersebut Rumah Zakat menugaskan Relawan untuk mendirikan Posko Segar di area kegiatan berlangsung. Sejak malam kemarin (10/04) relawan telah bergerak untuk mempersiapkan kebutuhan di posko segar dan mendirikan posko.
“Tadi ba’da subuh perlengkapan sudah siap, kami pun langsung mendirikan posko di dekat Patung Kuda. Di sini kami menyediakan Air dan buah – buahan segar untuk peserta Aksi bela Al-Quds,” ujar Syahruldin Relawan Rumah Zakat Jakarta.
Saat ini masyarakat sudah mulai memadati area Monas. Antusiasme dan animo masyarakat dalam aksi Bela Al-Quds ini sangat tinggi.
“Kami bahagia bisa menyediakan kebutuhan untuk para peserta Aksi, kami juga menggalang dana untuk saudara – saudara kita di Palestina. Ini aksi nyata kami untuk membela Al- Quds” tambah Syahrul.

President of America, Donald Trump’s decision to move the American embassy to Jerusalem and recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has drawn criticism from various parts of the world including Indonesia. Today Friday (11/05) Indonesian Muslim community gathered at the National Monument Jakarta (Monas) to conduct Freedom of Beit al-Maqdis Action. This action is a form of protest against the decision of the President of America and as a form of support for the Palestinians and Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first kiblat of Muslims.
In the Beit al-Maqdis Action, Rumah Zakat assigned Volunteers to establish a Fresh Post in the area of the activity took place. Since last night (10/04) volunteers have moved to prepare the needs in fresh post and set up a post.
“We have set up a post near the Horse Statue, and we have water and fresh fruit for the participants of the action,” said Syahruldin, a volunteer at Rumah Zakat Jakarta.
Currently the community has started to pack the area of Monas. The enthusiasm and public interest in the action is very high.
“We are happy to provide the need for the participants of the Action, we also raise funds for our brothers in Palestine, this is our real action to defend Al-Quds” added Syahrul.
