MAGELANG. Minggu, (28/10) Rumah Zakat mendistribusikan bantuan air bersih untuk warga Desa Rejosari Bandongan Magelang, Jawa Timur. Di desa ini kekeringan terjadi sudah lebih dari 3 bulan sehingga warga sulit mendapatkan akses air bersih.
Pada tahap pertama ini Rumah Zakat menyalurkan 8.000 liter air bersih ke Dusun Guntur yang meliputi RT 01, 02, 03 dan 04 sedangkan tahap kedua akan disalurkan untuk RT 01 dan 02 Dusun Guntur.
Setelah mobil tanki dari PDAM Kabupaten Magelang tiba, bapak RT dan Bapak Kadus menyampaikan pengumuman kepada warga melalui masjid dan mushola. Tidak lama kemudian warga berbondong bondong mengantri untuk mendapatkan air.
Warga yang sudah merasakan kesulitan air bersih selama 3 bulan ini merasa sangat senang dengan bantuan Rumah Zakat ini.
“Terima kasih, mbak. Ini sangat membantu kami. Kapan ada kiriman lagi, mbak?” kata ibu Sih Khotimah, warga Desa Rejosari Bandongan.

In this first phase Rumah Zakat distributes 8,000 liters of clean water to Guntur Hamlet which includes RT 01, 02, 03 and 04 while the second stage will be distributed to RT 01 and 02 Guntur Hamlet.
After the tank car from PDAM Magelang Regency arrived, the chairman of RT and Mr. Kadus delivered announcements to the residents through mosquesspeaker. Not long after the residents flocked in line to get water.
Residents who have felt the difficulties of clean water for 3 months feel very happy with the help.
“Thank you, Miss. This is very helpful for us. When are there more shipments, miss?” said Mrs. Sih Khotimah, a resident of Bandjaya Rejosari Village.
